While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include: Analyze and dissect large data sets according to applicable rule requirements. Management of central project mailbox for both client and internal stakeholder query management, and scheduling of large-scale client outreaches. Respond to client questions and resolve any client-related issues, maintaining a professional standard across all external communication. Respond to internal and external queries including completion of necessary analysis, escalation and research required to create an accurate response. Generation of metrics to track progress of project to include status of client onboarding, client query response times and key themes from mailbox queries. Produce status reporting for senior audience on status and key themes of client and internal stakeholder queries. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure query responses and client-facing materials are in line with legal and compliance guidance. Support outreach activities including QA checks, monitoring, reporting, and tracking. Work in a hybrid setting either from our Belfast Service Delivery Centre or on client site. Support dynamic teams working on a wide range of projects, e.g., Regulatory Change, Client Outreach. Perform business analysis utilizing Advanced Excel. Support operational change projects to improve the bank’s processes. Qualifications

Strong educational background – Degree (Masters would be an advantage). 2+ years’ experience working in Investment Banking, either directly or via a third party providing consulting services. Advanced Excel skills a plus, particularly confidence with vLookUps and Pivot Tables. Sound knowledge of financial markets. Experience in Client Outreach and Regulatory Change environments beneficial. Confident communicating with management/stakeholders, producing reports and helping manage project lifecycles with relevant industry tooling. Worked with large data sets within Excel for analysis and reporting. Client-facing experience preferred, particularly projects that involved client outreach to dozens or hundreds of clients. Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority. Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Benefits
