In this role you will have full P&L responsibility for a large single or portfolio of existing clients within our Public Sector business unit. You will build a business development strategy that delivers in line with budget revenue and profit targets to ensure account success (CSAT) and growth. Acting as a senior ambassador for the NTT Data brand and service offerings, you will cultivate long term client relationships with key client personnel (up to C-suite), developing a deep understanding of their business, its ambitions and drivers, to identify and explore potential opportunities for further revenue growth. This is underpinned by your thorough understanding of current and future trends within Healthcare. Working collaboratively across NTT internal teams, you will ensure that our services meet the client’s needs and expectations, in terms of behaviours, innovation, value for money and other key differentiators to retain long term client relationships. What experience you'll bring:

You will have experience managing large partnerships or a portfolio within the Public Sector, ideally working for an established consulting company or systems integrator. With an understanding of a broad range of technology, you will have experience growing and targeting new logos, discussing digital transformations or managed services opportunities. You will have working experience and subject matter knowledge of Central NHS and/or Healthcare Trusts, ideally within acute hospital trusts. Working with accounts that are 5m+ you will have a record of achievement of identifying areas for footprint expansion or new potential relationships within the Healthcare space as well as: In-depth knowledge of strategic business objectives, drivers and complex org designs Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict management skills Detailed knowledge of strategic business objectives and drivers and complex organisational designs and structures, and how this relates to the portfolio being managed Experience with cross-shore delivery models What we'll offer you:
