We are looking to recruit an experienced Client Partner to join our dynamic team. The Client Partner will play a pivotal role in nurturing and developing long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to align client needs with Node4's offerings. What you'll be doing

Establish and maintain strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders in Node4's key clients. Have a thorough understanding of clients' business needs and objectives. Develop project and technology roadmap alongside key stakeholders within the assigned client portfolio. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of Node4 products and services. Monitor and report on account status, including forecasting and tracking key account metrics. Help solve client issues and handle complex client requests, ensuring satisfactory outcomes. Regularly update clients on new products, industry trends, and company initiatives. Participate in client reviews and presentations to showcase Node4's value proposition. What will you bring?

Experience of Managed Services in the IT Sector. Skills/Experience in Cloud Transformation, Microsoft Business Applications, SDWAN and Security Preferred. Can demonstrate previous experience of managing high-value client accounts in the Managed Service and Technology sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client satisfaction metrics. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent time management and organisational skills. A proactive and adaptable approach to a fast-paced environment. Desirable Certifications and Skills

Certified Account Manager Professional (CAMP). Experience with CRM software. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other collaboration tools. Experience with ITIL processes and practices. What can we offer you?
