Client Relationship Executive Location: Office-based in Cleckheaton Competitive Salary: £28,000 per annum Flexible hours and a supportive team culture. 25 days + bank holidays (extra days with service). Your Role Build lasting relationships through proactive communication and understanding clients’ goals. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing issues promptly. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to monthly revenue targets. Use insights to reduce churn and ensure client satisfaction remains high.
