We are now hiring a Client Relationship Manager to develop and bring in new business and develop existing accounts effectively. The main purpose of this position is to help drive the business and growth agenda across the UK with a focus on our Manufacturing Logistics sector within Aerospace/Aviation OEM and Tier suppliers. You will be working on bids and tenders at the higher end of the market, where you will need to proactively identify, assess, pursue, and win new sales opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will need to quickly gain an understanding of the Manufacturing Logistics market to enable you to build effective relationships with potential customers. As this role focuses on high-end, large, and complex projects, attention to detail will help you influence, encourage, and guide customers through the process. Key Responsibilities:

Developing and leveraging constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision-makers. Continuously review business potential and identify new potential business opportunities. Conduct research meetings with the customers to understand the customer's organization, requirements, and business objectives. Successfully present solution proposals and business fit to decision-makers, engage in negotiations, and close the bid. Proactive and sustained daily telesales contact to identify and develop customers. Plan and carry out effective regular trips to present to prospective clients in the UK. Achieve personal KPIs and Sales targets. Represent the company at conferences/exhibitions. Ensure that the highest possible standards are maintained in all activities. Diligently and promptly maintain the company’s CRM reporting system. Enhance and improve customer relations. Reporting to the Head of Client Relations. Requirements:

Experience working in a customer-facing role with strong B2B communication skills. Experience in logistics and a good knowledge of the OEM Aerospace sector would be beneficial. The existing customer base would be a big advantage. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent facilitation skills to represent the company in conferences/exhibitions. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. Exemplary relationship management professional, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers. Strong MS Excel knowledge could be advantageous. Experience in CRM systems is a must. A driving licence is a must and willingness to travel 50%. Benefits:
