Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
to support their Chartered Financial Planners in delivering comprehensive financial planning services to high-net-worth clients. This dynamic role involves managing client relationships, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and ensuring the delivery of tailored financial strategies across areas such as pensions, investments, protection, and non-mainstream investments. Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries, building and maintaining strong relationships. Financial Planning Support:
Work closely with Financial Planners to develop holistic financial strategies, conduct tax and investment calculations, and draft suitability reports. Case Management:
Oversee new business processes from suitability report issuance to investment completion. Ongoing Service:
Assist with client reviews, meeting preparation, and coordination with clients’ other professional advisers (e.g. accountants, solicitors). Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and in line with regulatory standards. Team Collaboration:
Contribute to internal systems, maintain client records, and support the broader team in business development and firm growth. Ideal Candidate:
Strong knowledge of financial planning and high-net-worth client needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g. CURO) and case management Collaborative team player with a commitment to providing excellent client service If you are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you!
