Role Overview : As an experienced Account Manager, you'll nurture relationships and drive growth across Europe and Asia, expanding their client base and uncovering new opportunities with a solutions-focused approach. If you’re dynamic, proactive, and experienced in selling research, consulting, or intangible services, we want you! Key Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships. Renewals : Ensure on-time renewals of annual contracts. Upselling and Cross-Selling : Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Client Needs Analysis : Align products and services with client missions. Collaboration : Work with internal teams to enhance client experiences. Account Development : Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities. Client Support : Manage client inquiries and expectations. Reporting : Forecast sales and maintain CRM records (Salesforce preferred). Market Insights : Provide feedback to improve services. Key Requirements : 3+ years in account management, with a proven sales record. Experience in cleantech, sustainability, or related sectors preferred. Results-driven, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel internationally.
