About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities will include: Taking responsibility to build a portfolio of clients and respond in a timely manner to any requests or queries. Allocating and managing their daily workload. Continuously reviewing files to ensure they are 100% accurate to deliver a first-class service to their clients. Creating statistical reports for clients as and when required. Understanding the needs and requirements of the client as a part of this process and ensuring they are met. Managing the ongoing relationships with clients ensuring SLA’s and individual requirements are met. Handling any customer complaints or queries in the first instance, escalating these to the relevant persons if unable to resolve. Managing the renewals process for clients, ensuring instructions are emailed and invoices are raised and sent. Completing day-to-day administration of: Diary notes Reporting and updates Liaising with the officers and reassigning cases or updating clients where required Handling inbound and outbound phone calls Taking payments Dealing with post Dealing with online allocation of work. Meeting minimum expectations as outlined by their Line Manager. Leading by example demonstrating the right behaviours to deliver outstanding service.
