Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with an International Experience and Events Agency to recruit a Client Relations VP. Your role will be joining the Sales Team, working closely in partnership with Account Directors, Senior Leaderships and Department Heads to deliver the best-in-class service to clients designing high-end custom built chalets. You will strategically retain your personally assigned client portfolio while progressing corporate strategic initiatives, alongside working with Senior Operations and Relations Officers to build, retain and lead in performing sales and service teams, exceeding revenue and profit targets. Experience of creating, delivering and building high-end multi million pound chalet projects is essential for this role.

Salary will be commensurate with experience, from £80,000 upwards. This is a remote working role inclusive of international travel.

Responsibilities:

Growing client portfolios through the conversion of new business opportunities. Retention and penetration of existing client accounts. Monitoring actual financial performance to plan targets and discuss strategies and tactics with the SVP Business Operations to ensure that plan targets are achieved. Providing hands on coaching and guidance to sales teams with particular emphasis on generating leads, preparing compelling sales presentations, and expanding existing account base. Conducting regular sales meetings and providing motivation, leadership and assistance to sales team enabling them to meet/exceed sales and client retention goals. Maintaining a visible presence with all local and extended team members. Identifying “at risk” clients and executing strategies to mitigate issues and retain the account. Regularly meeting with clients to build strong relationships and ensure client needs/expectations are met. Owning proposals, sales presentations, and the financial relationship with clients. Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. Ensuring optimal resources are assigned to the right opportunities.

Requirements for the role:

10+ years sales and sales leadership experience preferably in exhibits, custom product/marketing solutions or advertising industry. Extensive experience of working with corporate clients at a senior level on the design and build of high-end custom built chalets. Bachelor's degree, preferably business/marketing/communications emphasis. MBA a plus. Strong leadership skills - ability to build, develop and motivate winning teams. Strong business acumen. Demonstrated client and employee relationship management skills. Consultative communications style, effective listener, excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong presentation skills. Strong organisational skills. Heavy travel is required.
