Client Experience Coordinator

to support their Account Management team across key clients. You will collaborate closely with Account Leads and contribute to the growth and success of client portfolios, helping drive new business and ensuring exceptional client experiences. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FULL-TIME ONSITE Key Responsibilities: Client & Account Management: Assist Sr. Account Lead in client growth strategies, including researching new departments and supporting outreach campaigns. Contribute to client retention by preparing status reports, monitoring SLA/KPI performance, and ensuring timely delivery of client updates. Participate in new business campaigns, researching leads, and helping prepare proposals. Support in crafting stakeholder proposals and RFP responses, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Aid in new client onboarding, including stakeholder workshops and process mapping. Manage client communications and document key actions. Project Support: Lead client communications for key projects, aligned with commercial and strategic objectives. Support in the handover of projects to operational teams and assist with project logistics. Coordinate venue sourcing, supplier management, and travel/accommodation logistics for site visits. Post-Event Reporting: Assist in compiling post-event reports and client feedback presentations. Budget & Finance Management: Help prepare project budgets, ensuring accuracy and profitability. Support with on-site cash reconciliation and expense reporting. Manage personal expenses and ensure timely reconciliation. Clockify & General Responsibilities: Maintain accurate personal timesheet activity via Clockify. Collaborate effectively with teams to deliver client projects.
