CSM4 Job Description
Work with big brands to deliver high impact digital ad campaigns that drive brand awareness. Deliver cutting-edge video and rich media across premium publishers to build exciting brand experiences. Your role will be to manage and further develop client relationships and educate them on the extensive range of product offerings. Act to build and strengthen these client relationships, advising on campaign strategy to help them penetrate their target audience. You will also take responsibility for ensuring campaigns run smoothly with external partner platforms (programmatic DSPs). You will provide regular insight into the performance of their campaigns, making suggestions to improve and optimize. You must have experience managing client accounts in a digital ad campaign environment and have firsthand experience of programmatic campaigns. You should possess good analytical skills (comfortable with Excel) in order to interpret and understand campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, etc.). Any experience using third-party reporting systems is a plus, e.g., Salesforce.
