What You'll Be Doing

Putting customers at the heart of everything you do, ensuring exceptional service.

️ Onboarding new clients efficiently and managing existing client needs.

Building effective relationships with advisers, paraplanners, and clients.

Communicating confidently across multiple platforms (email, phone, etc.).

Supporting team projects to drive business success.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in financial planning : Knowledge of ISAs, Pensions, Bonds, and CRM systems.

A self-starter who challenges processes and strives for improvement.

A true team player who contributes positively to morale and team success.

CII or RO part-qualified candidates are highly desirable.

The Perks of the Role

Salary : £28,000–£38,500 (DOE).
