We're currently partnering with an agency that is going through a period of growth and looking for a Client Services Director to lead their established client services team. About the company... A leading marketing agency known for its strategic approach and commitment to delivering outstanding results. This client has a portfolio that is enviable to most agencies and collaborates with clients across various industries to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive growth and exceed expectations. About the role... As a Client Services Director, you will be responsible for leading the client services team and ensuring the seamless delivery of services to your clients. You will be a trusted advisor, collaborating with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and challenges. You will develop strategic plans that drive growth, guide strategic initiatives, and oversee the successful implementation of marketing strategies. Your ability to build strong client relationships, provide strategic direction, and inspire teams will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction, delivering high-quality services that meet their expectations, as well as retention and organic growth. About you... To be considered for this Client Services Director role, we're looking for proven experience in a leadership role within a client services or account management team, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. Strong leadership and people management skills are key, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. You'll be a strategic thinker with the ability to understand clients' industries, business models, and marketing objectives, along with a results-oriented mindset focused on driving client satisfaction, retention, and organic growth.
