Our client is an award winning remote-first digital marketing agency that specialise in Paid Media and SEO. Due to ongoing growth they are looking for a Client Service Manager that has experience within digital marketing particularly SEO on a permanent basis. The client services manager is responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships as well as new business development and upselling to existing clients. Working alongside the senior management team you will ensure all parties are fully aware of all aspects of the work at hand ensuring communication throughout. You will be investigating and resolving any issues that may occur being a key point of escalation for the client and team. You will have outstanding communication skills with plenty of client communication experience and enjoy meeting clients and building relationships with them Skills & Experience required; A well-rounded digital marketing skillset with a good understanding of all channels. Specifically search marketing and within that SEO, Paid Search, Display and broader media planning and buying Demonstrated experience in client services management, including new business development and upselling. Proven ability to foster strong client relationships through attentive communication and personalised interactions. Track record of exceeding KPIs/targets related to client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Strong collaborative skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams to address client needs and challenges. Experience representing the company at events, nurturing client relationships and engaging potential prospects. Proficiency in utilising project management and CRM systems to efficiently manage client and new business information. Willingness to contribute to building the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads. Ability to assist in outreach campaigns, utilising various communication channels for engagement. Must be comfortable developing and delivering strategic presentations Experience with and thorough understanding of the elements that underpin a successful search (SEO/PPC) campaign that increases organic search presence A strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office/Google products, particularly Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets – PowerPoint/Slides etc are also useful Ability to travel to/from the South-east and London area for socials and client meetings roughly every month.
