Client Services Manager focuses on overseeing the end-to-end client experience, ensuring consistently high standards of person-centred care.
What the role involves
- Overseeing the end-to-end client experience, ensuring consistently high standards of person-centred care.
- Carry out staff supervisions, appraisals, competency assessments, and return-to-work meetings.
- Review, and audit care plans, activity logs, and medication records.
- Maintaining accurate records using Home Instead systems (including People Planner).
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals.
- Conduct regular client reviews and implement any required actions.
Confirmed role details
- This is a fixed-term role for 10–12 months, with the potential to become permanent depending on business needs.
- Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with occasional out of hours working required (pay provided for this).
- 45p per mile for travel.
- Up to £3,000 per year in our monthly bonus scheme.
