Client Services Manager focuses on overseeing the end-to-end client experience, ensuring consistently high standards of person-centred care.

What the role involves

  • Overseeing the end-to-end client experience, ensuring consistently high standards of person-centred care.
  • Carry out staff supervisions, appraisals, competency assessments, and return-to-work meetings.
  • Review, and audit care plans, activity logs, and medication records.
  • Maintaining accurate records using Home Instead systems (including People Planner).
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and implement any required actions.

Confirmed role details

  • This is a fixed-term role for 10–12 months, with the potential to become permanent depending on business needs.
  • Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with occasional out of hours working required (pay provided for this).
  • 45p per mile for travel.
  • Up to £3,000 per year in our monthly bonus scheme.
