We are currently working with a company in Glasgow who are looking for a Client Solutions Analyst to join their Client Solutions Operations team. This role has a salary of £25,000, working 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Within this role, customer service is key! You will be dealing with a variety of queries, making sure they are addressed in agreed timeframes, enabling the best outcomes for clients. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance controls and assisting with design and implementation to better meet clients' needs and protect their funds. It's essential to understand the impact of your actions and manage them in alignment with the risk framework.
