Randstad Care is looking to grow our established sales team. You will work with local authorities and residential services, offering bespoke care packages for adults and children. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Role Summary

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. Required

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the care sector. Strong understanding of the North West market, with a network of contacts in the sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to analyse data and generate sales reports. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
