This role is based in Edinburgh, with a salary of £24,000-£26,000. The role The purpose at Nucleus is to transform financial services and create better outcomes for advisers and their clients. Providing exceptional customer service is a key element of Nucleus’ proposition and the client relations department plays a leading role in making this happen. The Client Solutions Service Support role plays a crucial part within the department by working with colleagues in the administration and management of their designated firms as well as owning a range of responsibilities, shared with you across the whole department. Fundamental to this role is customer service. This means being a pro at maintaining a healthy balance between delivering customers’ needs and expectations while managing a dynamic and varied workload. You’ll manage multiple queries through various channels all with the aim of ensuring service standards are met, enabling advisers to get the best outcome for their clients. Within this role, you will manage a high-volume workload where multitasking and attention to detail is key, primarily using a live chat function to deliver service standards. You'll join an energetic and collaborative team that supports each other, always learning and developing.
