Our Client Success Managers are an integral part of Synectics Solutions, providing ongoing support and development of existing customer accounts. For 30 years we have specialised in building complex data management and software products for well-known companies around the world.
The biggest priority of this role? Establish and maintain client relationships, ensuring our client’s business operations are supported at all times. There are various ways to do this and we’ll be looking to you and your expertise on how to achieve this. You’ll partner with your clients and become their trusted advisor, identifying how we could support them further and retain their business. You’ll also work closely with other departments in the business to achieve the shared goal of delivering a successful solution to our clients.
We're looking for someone proactive with a genuine interest in relationship management. A background in account management is essential, and we'll help you apply this experience in a flexible, customer-centric environment.
