As we prepare for significant expansion, we're seeking a Client Success Manager to help drive our next phase of growth. Position Overview

As Client Success Manager, you'll be instrumental in transforming enterprise relationships from initial implementation to sustainable, growing partnerships that showcase the transformative power of Rainbird. The role is pivotal to Rainbird's growth strategy as we continue to expand our client base and strengthen our market position. The role involves working alongside our sales team during the first year of client engagement before assuming full ownership of client relationships thereafter, ensuring seamless client transition and value realisation, through client success. Your success will be measured by your ability to help clients achieve breakthrough results while expanding Rainbird's footprint within Rainbird’s accounts. Strategic Objectives

Lead the transformation of client operations through successful adoption of Rainbird, resulting in measurable business impact Evolve the relationship from

trusted advisor

status with key enterprise accounts, demonstrating Rainbird as critical to their AI and automation strategy Identify and execute expansion opportunities within accounts, targeting significant year-over-year growth in platform usage and solution adoption First-Year Client Partnership:

Shadow and support the CEO and sales team during client implementation Develop deep understanding of client objectives, challenges, and success metrics Build relationships with key client stakeholders Drive quarterly business reviews and contribute to implementation milestones Create detailed transition plans for accounts Post-First Year Management:

Assume full ownership of client relationships after the first year Develop and execute long-term account strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for platform expansion Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all ongoing client needs and strategic initiatives Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions Monitor and analyse client usage patterns to identify growth opportunities Create and execute client success plans aligned with clients' business objectives Drive and support the client to increase user adoption of solutions, through best practices and proactive guidance Operational Excellence:

Understand the client’s domain and how their objectives can be achieved through adoption of Rainbird’s technology. Build and maintain a strong functional understanding of Rainbird and how Rainbird-powered solutions achieve clients domain objectives Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in CRM Support and eventually lead quarterly business reviews Collaborate with marketing to create success stories Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests Create and maintain client health scorecards Team Collaboration

Work closely with the CEO, sales and professional services to ensure a seamless client experience Participate in regular team meetings and lead in the development of client success strategies Share insights and best practices with the broader team Support the development of client success methodologies and processes Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise software solutions 5+ years of client success or account management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or AI/technology sector Proven ability to translate solutions into business value at the executive level Track record of growing enterprise accounts from initial implementation to broad adoption Experience in developing and executing account expansion strategies Demonstrated success in building C-suite relationships that position technology solutions as strategic enablers Experience in collaborative account management with sales teams Proven track record of growing and retaining enterprise accounts Demonstrable analytical capabilities with ability to understand and relay a client’s complex internal challenges as well as explain solutions to mixed audiences Demonstrable commercial capabilities with ability to understand business needs and articulate tactical and strategic solutions Experience with CRM platforms and client success tools and frameworks Strong foundation in technology solutions and business applications Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-suite relationships Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships Excellence in stakeholder management and communication Ability to travel nationally and occasionally internationally for client meetings Personal Attributes
