Client Support Analyst - 12 month FTC Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a knack for client support and content management? A global leader in legal and compliance management products is seeking a Client Support Analyst to join their dynamic and collaborative team based in London. About the Role: As a Client Support Analyst, you will act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality service. You will collaborate with product teams, handle administrative tasks, and support content updates for live web-based products used by top global institutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage client queries via phone, email, or website feedback. Update and maintain live product websites within critical timeframes. Coordinate with legal teams to ensure accurate and timely publication of content. Liaise with the finance team for billing activities and credit control. Support the development of new processes and product enhancements. What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and management. Technical proficiency in HTML/XML editing and database management. A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work under pressure. Experience in managing website content and familiarity with structured data concepts. Why Join Us?
