We are looking for a Client Support to join our team at Johnston Carmichael Wealth. We are flexible on location as this role can be performed in any of our Scottish offices. The Client Support will be responsible for (but not limited to): Capture recommendations and new business activity accurately and correctly within the client record Submit, process and monitor client transactions, record associated income estimates and maintain records on a timely basis Maintain client record information accurately and in line with best-practice guidance Schedule diary events and client meetings in a practical and effective way Conduct client presentations of our client portal Review, issue and follow up reports to clients Be a point of contact for client queries and manage client expectations throughout the JCW advice journey through regular and appropriate communication Prepare and maintain simple cash-management records About You: Friendly and outgoing Have strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Have good IT skills including a working knowledge of MS Office Ability to prioritise and have good communication skills Essential: Experience in processing new business in a financial services firm Desirable: Holds a certificate in financial services or is working towards it Why JC Wealth?
