You will help our users and Site Administrators manage configuration changes and complex incidents. You will consult available documentation and process descriptions to ensure the correct answers are given. As a Client Technology-Product Configuration Specialist, you will:

Validate, review, and monitor escalation processes from the Site Administrators Solve incidents if possible and communicate the solution to the Site Administrators or the customers Complete the incident registration with all the technical information to allow escalation to the supplier Modify configurations of online sites for OBT, Portal, TSA, and TSPM Test the modifications and document the results before closing or forwarding the incident Escalate the case to the vendor or development team About you:

Experience in the travel industry and Site Administrator knowledge Excellent spoken and written language skills, also in English Good knowledge of systems GDS Sabre, Amadeus Experience in Agent & Client facing Travel Technology Prior experience in application administration Team player with great empathy for customer needs About us:
