Clientside Property Manager
with a strong background in
Building Safety and the Building Safety Act
to ensure managing agents are delivering on their responsibilities effectively. You will play a key role in managing relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements within established processes. Team:

After probation, there will be more opportunities for home working. What We’re Looking For: We want a
strong PM
with: Desirable Skills & Experience:
Expertise in Fire Safety, Building Safety, and/or the Building Safety Act. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport. Strong work ethic, diligence, and the ability to be a team player. Experience working with Freeholders.
Preferred Background:
Experience in managing agents, freeholders, or developers.
Personality Fit:
Hardworking, collaborative, and eager to make a positive impact. Open to fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment. Enjoys a fun, friendly, and sociable office atmosphere.
