My client is a small, but growing, consultancy firm dedicated to addressing the challenges of climate change and enhancing resilience in communities and businesses. Their team is passionate about creating sustainable solutions that make a real difference. We are helping them search for a talented and experienced Climate Change and Resilience Consultant to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and adapt to climate change impacts. Conduct risk assessments and resilience planning for various sectors. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in climate change and resilience. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in climate change, resilience, or a related field. Previous experience in consultancy is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
