Join our dedicated Global Sustainability Team as a Climate Change Specialist, where you will play a key role in identifying and managing risks, developing strategic plans, and providing actionable recommendations on climate change. Additionally, you will contribute to drafting comprehensive reports that drive sustainability initiatives.

The day to day Lead and support sustainability strategies by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sustainability data. Strengthen organizational resilience to climate change by conducting ROI assessments and risk analyses. Drive initiatives on climate change disclosures, transition planning, and gap analysis to ensure compliance with IFRS, ASRS, and CSRD requirements. A strong focus will be on drafting comprehensive reports aligned with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework to support sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including finance, safety, procurement, HR, marketing, and corporate stakeholders—to integrate sustainability into business objectives. Perform value chain financial risk analysis and provide expert advice on risk mitigation strategies. Provide expert recommendations on transition planning, identifying gaps and areas of opportunity. Engage and liaise with external ESG ratings agencies.

The Essentials 2–5 years’ experience in emissions quantification, risk mitigation, and decarbonization strategies. Demonstrated expertise in advising businesses on climate-related risks, opportunities, and compliance. Advantageous to have demonstrated ability in TCFD reporting. Strong analytical and research skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and insight generation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
