We are looking for an experienced and multi-talented Lead Environment Artist with the ability to conceive, create and lead the team in creating innovative experiences via artistic visuals for AAA titles. Proven experience in generating a diverse range of styles, technical expertise with current gen’ technology and / or illustration skills are certainly of benefit. This role is fully onsite. Benefits

At least 4+ years of experience in console development with at least 2 shipped titles and one as a Lead Artist. Effective visual and verbal communication skills when directing internal or external teams or individuals. Excellent resource management and judgement whilst assigning artists of varying skill sets to the numerous projects in the studio. Comfortable liaising with and presenting to clients in an authoritative and professional manner. A self-motivated team-leader who is outgoing, friendly, gregarious with attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best possible game experience. Autonomous in the respect of managing deadlines & budgets, with excellent time management skills. Experience of managing art teams effectively and in a timely fashion. 2-3 years experience developing and implementing solid art production pathways. The ability to find creative solutions when troubleshooting and assessing risks. A good understanding of cutting edge artistic techniques and tools and the ability to implement them into current practical practices.
