The clinic, founded and run by Dr. Arvin Rodrigues, focuses on caring for both the body and mind, with a special emphasis on neurophysiology. Situated between Chester and Wrexham, Bridge House Clinic provides a range of medical services to its patients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Administrator at Bridge House Clinic in Rossett. The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for managing customer service, budgeting, managing social media portals, medical records, training, chaperoning when needed and supporting medical staff with administrative tasks. Daily tasks include overseeing patient appointments, managing billing and accounts, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Qualifications Customer Service and Training skills Budgeting and Medical Records management Knowledge of Medicine practices Experience in healthcare administration or related field Excellent organizational and communication skills Knowledge and experience of social media management Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical software Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is a plus
