We are looking for a Clinic Coordinator to be the face of our busy Broadstairs Hearing Centre.

Full time Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 (30 min unpaid break) Basic salary: £25,250 per annum (plus bonus) Permanent A Hidden Hearing uniform will be provided! You must be able to drive as there will be occasional travel to our Margate Hearing Centre as and when required. Hidden Hearing does not offer Sponsorship to overseas candidates, so all applicants must have right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
Role responsibilities include: Diary Management
– managing multiple dispenser diaries to maximise appointment potential. Making appointments, maximising diary opportunities, confirming appointments with customers, and ensuring their attendance is supported. Liaising with Hearing Aid Dispenser colleagues to ensure effective diary management. Administration
– maintaining confidential and accurate customer records using our IT software, complying with GDPR regulations, maintaining accurate reporting information for stock, and performing general administration duties. Sales
– promoting the Wellness programme, selling hearing accessories and care plans by positively influencing and persuading customers. Customer Care
– providing premium customer care, including prompt answering of calls and building rapport warmly and professionally. Presentation
of branch and self – ensuring the branch is presented to brand standards, including branch marketing, cleanliness, and availability of refreshments. About Hidden Hearing:
