Responsibilities will include: Answering phone calls and emails. Greeting patients and visitors on arrival to the clinic. Contacting patients and liaising with staff, other departments, GP practices, and other hospitals. Tracking notes in and out of the clinic, preparing the notes for clinic, and managing the booking of appointments using the clinical database. Being IT confident and familiar with Allscripts, Word, and Excel. You may be required to travel between sites.
