We are looking for someone with: A passion for patient care

and the drive to make a meaningful impact. A

registered nurse (NMC)

qualification ( renal experience is essential ). Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting, in renal care or dialysis. In-depth understanding of the

Health and Social Care Act 2008

and its importance in independent healthcare settings. Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
