About Us: The Nantwich Clinic is a family-run healthcare business with CQC registration, providing a range of essential medical and health services to our community. With a dedicated team of 11 medical, health professionals and admin, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care to our patients. However, as a growing business, we are looking for an individual to manage our team effectively, allowing us to focus on expanding our services and continuing to provide the best patient care. We are now seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure we meet all CQC and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: People Management:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the clinical team, ensuring high standards of performance, communication, and collaboration. CQC Compliance:

Ensure the clinic maintains full compliance with CQC regulations, preparing for inspections, and managing audits and reporting. HR Management:

Handle recruitment, onboarding, staff training, performance reviews, and any disciplinary or grievance matters. Operations Management:

Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, patient flow, and other administrative functions to ensure smooth clinic operations. Financial Oversight:

Work with the leadership team to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure the clinic is financially sustainable and growing. Staff Development:

Foster a positive, supportive work environment with a focus on professional growth, teamwork, and employee retention. Communication & Reporting:

Act as the point of contact between the clinical team and family ownership, providing regular updates and reports on team performance, patient satisfaction, and business growth. Key Requirements: Proven experience in service based business management, ideally in a regulated setting (CQC experience preferred). Demonstrable experience in people management, including HR practices, conflict resolution, and staff development. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience with financial management in a healthcare setting is a plus. A passion for patient care and creating a positive working environment for all staff.
