to lead our Salisbury Dialysis Unit in collaboration with the NHS. This is more than just a management role – it’s a leadership opportunity where you’ll inspire your team, innovate patient care, and elevate clinical outcomes. to grow both personally and professionally. Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for someone with: A passion for patient care
and the drive to make a meaningful impact. A
registered nurse (NMC)
qualification (renal experience is a plus but not essential – we value your leadership and passion). Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting, preferably in renal care or dialysis. In-depth understanding of the
Health and Social Care Act 2008
and its importance in independent healthcare settings. Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike. A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
