Base location will be Pelican House; however, when needed, you will need to travel to another hub in Keighley. About the role... An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Clinical Administrator based within our New Vision Bradford team at Pelican House. This is a diverse and rewarding role working closely with our clinical team providing clinical admin services, data management, and support to the clinical team. Key duties include: Prepare prescriptions strictly adhering to protocol and procedure using SystmOne. Management of daily clinical tasks and prescription queries through SystmOne. Manage clinical checks to ensure compliance with CQC standards. Generate and send GP letters. Conduct clinical room checks and manage stock control and ordering of stock. Manage calibration of on-site clinical equipment. About you... Clinical admin experience is preferred but not essential. Experience of using SystmOne is desirable but not essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to provide support to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Able to provide clear and effective communication. Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail, crucial for managing prescriptions and maintaining accurate records. What can Waythrough offer you...
