We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Clinical Administration Team, responsible for the day-to-day running of the surgery and first point of contact for patients and visitors.
The duties of the Clinical Administrator role include (but are not restricted to):
Providing an effective and efficient reception service to patients and any other visitors to the practice.
Booking appointments and dealing with other general patient enquiries, face to face and via the telephone.
Completing other administration work as required.
Coding and summarising experience preferred but not essential.
