About the Role Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting patient care? We're looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our clinical operations. While this is a non-clinical role, your contributions will have a direct impact on the quality of care we provide to our patients. In this position, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist with patient queries, and support communication between patients and our clinical team. If you have a proactive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine desire to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you! Prior experience in healthcare is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. What You'll Be Doing As a Clinical Administrator, you'll manage patient queries, assist with document preparation, and ensure accurate record-keeping. You'll also help prioritise and manage workflows, escalating any issues as necessary to ensure patient safety and service quality. Acting as a key point of contact for patients, you'll liaise with healthcare providers and collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support :

Respond to patient queries via email or phone, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Prepare, file, and maintain clinical documents and patient records in line with regulatory standards.

Workflow Management :

Prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines and support smooth operations. Assist with tasks related to patient care, such as prescription clarifications and medication follow-ups. Recognise and escalate complex queries or issues to the appropriate team member.

Communication and Liaison :

Act as a point of contact for patients, providing support and clear communication throughout their journey. Collaborate with healthcare providers, such as GP surgeries and pharmacies, to meet clinical team needs. Ensure seamless information flow between colleagues to maintain continuity of care.

What We're Looking For Skills and Experience :

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Prior administrative experience, particularly in a healthcare setting, is advantageous but not essential.
