Clinical Application Specialist, General Imaging Ultrasound In this role based throughout the North East of England, you have the opportunity to

significantly contribute to growing our Ultrasound business, customer happiness, and after-sales support by demonstrating the Philips Ultrasound family of products and training new and existing users on our Ultrasound equipment to ensure full appreciation of its use. Your role: Demonstration of Philips Ultrasound products at customer sites/hospitals and at conferences/exhibits. Assisting Sales Specialists by providing specialist sales support, making sure that all equipment is demonstrated to the best advantage. Post-sales customer product training. Maintaining contact with existing users ensuring ongoing customer happiness and confidence in using Philips Ultrasound equipment. Providing feedback to business/marketing management with information on reference sites system performance, competitors’ products, customer reactions, and sales arguments. Liaising with the Product Management Group's applications team to ensure that the latest information is available for users, including attending international meetings where appropriate. Providing support at courses delivered by our key accounts/customers. Assisting the Business Line Manager in the maintenance of tender responses, competitive pricing information and installed base data as well as assisting the Account Managers in the answering of Tender questionnaire. You're right for the role if: You have a clinical background, working as a Sonographer, performing General Imaging Ultrasounds. You enjoy training and developing others, and possess the communication skills to inspire. You are seeking an opportunity where you can work autonomously and develop your commercial capability. You hold a Full UK driving license and are comfortable travelling up to 60% of your time. Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
