Main duties of the job The post-holder will work semi-autonomously alongside community rehabilitation multi-disciplinary colleagues. The role will involve provision of individual & manualised group psychological therapy, positive behaviour support, and delivering training. The role also involves service evaluation and audits. The post holder will work in collaboration with MDT colleagues, service users, carers, community services and partner organisations towards the overall provision of evidence based, cost effective, direct and indirect person centred interventions.

Achieved qualification as a CAP
Desirable criteria: Other training
Experience Essential criteria: Transferable clinical experience to working with people with psychosis Group experience
Desirable criteria: Experience working with people with co-morbid conditions (ASD, substance misuse)
