You will have the opportunity to support the solutions installations deployed throughout the UK & Ireland, providing applications consultation and workflow expertise to customers. Occasional support requests are made to the UK Application team for support across the globe, therefore occasional national & international travel is expected. You will report directly to the EI RI S&SD Clinical Consultant Implementation Leader Northern Europe. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make life better. The implementation of EI/RI solutions (remotely, on-site and classroom based): Training; customer on RIS and PACS and other RI solutions. Identifying and developing imaging workflow in radiology and across a variety of other departments. Image display optimisation (clinical background an advantage). Clinical workflow validation and optimisation. Ongoing support (remote, on-site and classroom based): Application training and support. Incident triage remote support. Sales support and Demos. Representing the main customer EI/RI interface and will be required to demonstrate both strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of customer care. Setting up and running training courses for customers and EI/RI personnel. Provide support to the Sales Team for Pre-Sales Tenders, customer webinars and User Group days Virtually and face to face Philips Workshops. Provide product demonstrations and attend to demonstrate at exhibitions when required. Collect Voice of Customer (VoC) input. You should have the following skills and experience: Degree in Clinical Radiography, Healthcare Sciences or Healthcare Informatics is preferred. Experience within the Allied Health Professional sciences. A proven track record in applications consulting and/or training. Experience in x-sectional imaging/mammo/3D recon. IT literacy skills are essential. Strong team player. Excellent oral and written English language skills. UK driving license. Ability and willingness to travel both Nationally and Internationally.
