Bespoke Clinical Care is an established Specialist Home Care Company providing an excellent standard of care for adults and children with complex care needs at home.
We are currently recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will contribute to the effective and efficient day to day leadership of the service. You will be responsible for managing care packages under the direction of the Senior Clinical Operations Manager.
Excellent Clinical skills are essential. You will be required to work on shift as a team member to support and improve standards of care delivery. Community and/or complex care nursing experience is essential. It would be an advantage to have experience of working with Children/Adults with additional support needs. You must be NMC registered with a current PIN and hold a RN adult or RN Learning Disabilities qualification.
Equivalent to Band 6, depending on experience.
Contracted Hours 36 hours per week
