Job Title: Clinical & Dental Negligence Solicitor / Fee Earner (2+ Years PQE) Full Time
Role Overview: We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical & Dental Negligence Solicitor to join a rapidly growing law firm.
The successful candidate will join the firm's Clinical Negligence department, managing a quality caseload and handling cases from inception to trial.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of clinical and dental negligence claims, including medical misdiagnosis, surgical negligence, prescription and medication errors, and dental negligence. Advise and represent clients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of legal service and support. Run cases independently from start to finish, including trial preparation. Provide excellent client care, fostering strong relationships with clients. Use case management systems efficiently, with Proclaim experience preferred but not essential. Maintain high standards of written and oral communication.
Essential Skills & Experience: Qualified Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years of clinical negligence experience. Strong knowledge of clinical negligence law, including medical and dental claims. Proven experience managing clinical negligence claims from inception to trial. Excellent client care and communication skills. Proficient with IT and case management systems (Proclaim experience preferred but not essential).
