Job Opportunity: Clinical Deputy Manager Location: Canterbury, Kent Salary: £50,000 per annum Are you an experienced healthcare professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at our care facility in Canterbury. About the Role: As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall leadership of the care home, ensuring high-quality care is provided to all residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the clinical and day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure the facility meets all regulatory standards. Responsibilities:

Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring the smooth running of operations. Lead, supervise, and support the nursing team, ensuring high standards of clinical care. Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and other regulatory requirements. Assist in managing staff rotas, recruitment, training, and development. Conduct assessments of residents’ needs and plan individual care pathways. Provide clinical leadership and support to all staff, ensuring best practice standards are maintained. Assist in the management of budgets, resources, and operational goals. Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC pin. Previous experience in a senior nursing role within a care home or similar healthcare environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of CQC guidelines, clinical best practices, and healthcare regulations. Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Competitive salary of £50,000 per annum.
