Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager RGN Hitchin £22.50 - £23 per hour I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager to work with a well-established, highly regarded care provider within their nursing home in Hitchin. The home offers bespoke care to up to 75 residents, with luxury facilities and meaningful activities, and they pride themselves on their high-quality, round-the-clock care. Your job will be to support the Home Manager with the general running of the home, including the implementation of policies and business procedures, preparing the staff rota, and monitoring standards of care. In addition, you will be required to work on the floor three times a week and be available to cover both day and night shifts.
