is a Dementia and Nursing Home in Worthing, West Sussex, and we are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager. We are seeking an experienced

RGN

with experience working in a managerial or supervisory role in a care home setting who can demonstrate leadership and contribute to the development of a leading Sussex care home for people living with dementia. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will help coordinate and oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service that doesn’t compromise on quality of care or life. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams in addition to assisting with managing budgets and resources. What the home requires in a Deputy Manager: NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN Experience of working as a senior team member, specialising in dementia and nursing care for the elderly and frail A strong leader, who is able to motivate, lead and support clinical and non-clinical staff Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a nursing home Financially aware and able to support adherence to budgets Package: Salary of up to £55k depending on experience Access to your pay as you earn it Excellent benefits including pension and Employee Assistance Programme Industry leading training and development coupled with career progression
