As the Deputy Manager, you will ensure the level of care provided goes beyond professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This will involve providing specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
