Clinical Deputy Manager

to effectively lead and manage our home safely through effective leadership and management. To plan, monitor and deliver the highest standards of person-centred care to residents, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence, and choices are met. To supervise and evaluate the care delivered to residents always ensuring that legal and Orchard Care Home standards are met. To be successful in this role, you will be a natural leader, with excellent communication skills, as you develop strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams. Supporting the Registered Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, you will also use your influencing skills to support and develop the Nursing and Care teams. About You

You’ll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). You will be experienced in producing well-developed care plans and understand regulatory frameworks. You will be dedicated and able to demonstrate our core values of Courage, Patience, Collaboration, Compassion/Empathy, and Respect. You will have experience working with people living with dementia with a passion for engagement and distress reduction. You will be a team player, willing to learn and develop colleagues and be committed to a structured approach to training and development of staff. Sponsorship is considered for this role.
