Role: Clinical Deputy Manager Location: Hellingly, East Sussex Contract: Full-time, 40 hours/week, including some weekends Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 On behalf of our client, a well-respected care home provider, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Home Manager to drive service improvement and high-quality care delivery. Lead and support the nursing and care team, ensuring best practices and clinical excellence. Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to nursing staff. Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents’ medical needs are met. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding procedures, and internal policies. Oversee infection prevention, medication management, and resident care plans. Conduct team meetings, deliver training, and ensure clear communication across the team. Requirements Valid NMC registration and nursing qualification. Proven experience in a deputy or managerial role within a care or nursing home setting.
