Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager
Location: Near Hitchin, Bedfordshire
Hours: 45 hours per week, including weekends on a rota, working on the floor at least 3 days a week and 1 supernumerary
Salary: 22.50 - 23.00 per hour
Are you an experienced, ambitious Clinical RGN with a valid PIN looking to take the next step in your career? An established care home near Hitchin is seeking a compassionate Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager across various aspects of care home management.
Role Overview:
Monitoring standards of care delivered by all staff. Supporting the Home Manager with policy implementation and business objectives. Preparing staff rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels. Monitoring residents' wellbeing and ensuring care plans are up to date. Acting as a focal point for residents, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns and ensuring high standards of care. Covering shifts on the floor as required, including both day and night shifts.
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills with a highly motivated approach. Friendly and caring attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with dementia care. Valid NMC PIN and RGN qualification.
