We have a vacancy for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join our fantastic team at Blandford Grange in Blandford Forum. Your role will be to support the registered care home manager in all aspects of the home's management, including taking temporary or complete charge during the absence of the registered manager.
Blandford Grange provides residential and nursing care to elderly people living in Dorset, many of whom are living with dementia. The home has a team of registered nurses and dedicated care assistants who provide round-the-clock care. All the staff take great pride in the work that they do and deliver the highest standard of care to our 63 residents.
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support the registered manager in all aspects of the home's day-to-day running, including taking temporary or complete charge of the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care, including medication management. You will assist with the management of the care and nursing teams, including regular supervisions and appraisals.
