My client is looking for a Deputy Nursing Home Manager who is truly caring and dedicated to ensuring that clients receive the best care possible. The successful Deputy Nursing Home Manager will, at times, be responsible for the smooth running of the Nursing Home in the manager's absence. This is a beautiful and stable Nursing Home, which is part of a larger privately owned group of nursing homes.
The role of Deputy Nursing Home Manager would be suitable for a Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, or existing Deputy Nursing Home Manager.
Within the role of Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will work hand in hand with the Home Manager and oversee the day-to-day running of the Care Home whilst also working alongside the senior management team to ensure the home is up to their high standards.
This is a hands-on role, and you will lead and inspire your team with a positive and dynamic outlook and management style.

Experience Required for the Deputy Nursing Home Manager: Experienced as Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, or Deputy Manager within a Nursing Home or equivalent setting. Nurse candidates stepping up are considered. Excellent planning and organisational skills. NVQ level 5 Leadership and Management (or working towards). Excellent knowledge of CQC. Nursing Qualification (RMN/RGN) active PIN.
